We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. This may include session frequency, game event data (such as levels played, game outcomes and feature usage) and performance metrics. Individual events may be associated with a pseudonymous device or session identifier during collection, but are processed into aggregate statistics that do not identify any individual. Aggregate data (such as average session length, level completion rates and daily active users) may be retained indefinitely. Individual pseudonymous event logs are typically deleted or fully anonymised within 90 days.
Analytics providers we may use include Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics and similar services.
The Service may automatically collect crash and diagnostic information (device model, OS version, app version, error logs) when an error occurs. Our games are rated for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
